Terms and Conditions
- Deliveries are usually within 5 days of receiving the order. This may alter if bespoke materials are requested.
- Deliveries are on a AM/PM basis where we would prefer the customer to be present to sign for the products although not essential.
- The products will be delivered to the front of the property although a loading out service is available at an additional cost if the materials are to be carried through the property or around the back of the property.
- Once the materials have been safely delivered to the property all ownership transfers from us to you.
- It will be the customers responsibility to ensure access for the vehicle to the front of the property.
- We are happy to exchange if the materials are damaged or faulty.
- Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery time.
- Goods that are over-ordered can be returned by the customer as long as the items are in a resalable condition, and within 7 days of delivery. There will be a 20% handling charge applied to this transaction.
If we are required to pick up any unused materials, the original delivery charge would apply again plus a 20% handling charge.
- Any bespoke items made by us cannot be exchanged.
- We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that we feel are not in a resalable condition.
