Terms and Conditions

Deliveries are usually within 5 days of receiving the order. This may alter if bespoke materials are requested.
Deliveries are on a AM/PM basis where we would prefer the customer to be present to sign for the products although not essential.
The products will be delivered to the front of the property although a loading out service is available at an additional cost if the materials are to be carried through the property or around the back of the property.
Once the materials have been safely delivered to the property all ownership transfers from us to you.
It will be the customers responsibility to ensure access for the vehicle to the front of the property.

We are happy to exchange if the materials are damaged or faulty.
Any damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery time.
Goods that are over-ordered can be returned by the customer as long as the items are in a resalable condition, and within 7 days of delivery. There will be a 20% handling charge applied to this transaction.
If we are required to pick up any unused materials, the original delivery charge would apply again plus a 20% handling charge.
Any bespoke items made by us cannot be exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that we feel are not in a resalable condition.
